From the idea to the digital prototype

From the mood to the inspiration provided by the customer, we create sketches on paper and patterns to produce the first physical prototype, which will then be assembled and tested to check the fit and appropriateness of the chosen fabrics.

Then we digitalize the pattern using virtual reality software, achieving a 3D digital prototype that represents the finished product in a realistic and detailed way.

The software also allows us to simulate – in super-fast timeframes – numerous variants that we can instantly send to the customer.
