Feel Blue Tailoring: from the Marches to India

Last Christmas we gave up corporate gifts to support the social and labor empowerment of women in the Tamil Nadu region of southern India. Thanks to a collaboration with Please Sound Onlus, the Feel Blue Tailoring project has already been a reality for a few months. We have inaugurated a workshop with 30 sewing machines and given over 100 women the opportunity to participate in a training program. The goal is to make them independent in running the workshop so that they can contribute to their family’s livelihood and the development of their community.
