Feel blue in the research space at Pitti Filati 92: Calligraphy

From January 25-27, 2023, we again contributed to the Spazio Ricerca at Pitti Filati 2023, in the Central Pavilion of the wonderful Fortezza da Basso in Florence where we exhibited our creations inspired by the Alphabet theme.

In particular, we dealt with the theme Calligraphy, which was inspired by the Arabic alphabet: its lines and graphic signs guided us toward our reinterpretation of the theme, elaborating on Arabic tradition, art, and culture with a fresh perspective, which propels us into the future.

Why the Alphabet?

In a world barreling toward the future and now completely changed, where progress is faster than thought, learning and sculpting the new language of the world seems the only way to understand reality.
Language, writing and the alphabet are the tools of knowledge, communication and exchange, and in these times we need them more than ever.

How did it go

At Pitti we brought our philosophy, our sensibility, our creativity, our innovation techniques and our heritage. In a word, our Knittitude. And, like every year we return home with a precious load of ideas, insights, knowledge, relationships born from meeting sellers and buyers from all over the world.
We once again thank creative directors Angelo Figus and Nicola Miller for selecting our company for the Research Space: an opportunity for creative experimentation that, each time, pushes us toward the search for new yarns and, above all, new expressive possibilities.
