Following the thread of the margins: a new collaboration between Feel Blue and FuoriMano Festival

The second edition of the "Racconti FuoriMano" collection is also born from the collaboration between FuoriMano Festival and Feel Blue, which has supported this project from the very beginning.

This collaboration stems from a shared vision and values, based on the belief that following the thread of the margins means walking away from the beaten paths, on a certainly challenging journey that carries immense potential for discovery and innovation. When we talk about margins, we often refer to places, ideas, and people that do not occupy the center stage. When we define something as "fuorimano" (literally: "out of the way" or "out of reach"), we usually do so with a negative connotation to indicate that it is not exactly where it should be, that it is uncomfortable, distant, and disruptive. Yet, if we can look beyond the apparent discomfort and extend our gaze beyond the soft thread of our comfort zone, we discover that beyond that boundary lies unexpected richness.

FuoriMano explores the margins through literature, theater, and cinema.

Feel Blue has chosen to remain in the margins to create value where it is most needed: a company that works with large international fashion companies but has chosen to maintain its headquarters in these provincial areas. This is a courageous choice, motivated by a philosophy based on sustainability at all levels: environmental, human, cultural, and social. This perspective is reflected in this collection of stories: an invitation to shift our gaze from the center, to pay attention to the small, perhaps uncomfortable things, and to build a future in which every thread and every margin contributes to weaving a social fabric that values diversity.
