Feel Blue delivers 1,000 medical masks to the City of Sarnano and another 1,000 to the City of Loro Piceno

In the very early days of the emergency, thanks to the collaboration of two Chinese women entrepreneurs, Lu Jiangli and Shelia Wang, our longtime friends, we were able to deliver 1,000 medical masks to the City of Sarnano and another 1,000 to the City of Loro Piceno. Not only that. We immediately took action to Convert part of our production lines and start production of masks: we are now able to make filter masks that are neither DM nor PPE - ex art 16 paragraph 2 L.D. 17/3/2020 no. 18.

The inside of our masks are made of hypoallergenic cotton, while the outside is made of breathable polyamide, with a slit where a filter can be applied. Our masks are washable at 60° and reusable: they will allow members of our community to have good filtering devices, without having to resort to medical masks, which at this time need to be destined mainly for hospitals and health workers.

Yesterday, Thursday, April 9, we delivered the first 500 pieces of this kind to the municipality of Sarnano, along with 2 digital thermometers e 15 protective glasses. We want to take up the words of Robertino Paoloni, Mayor of Loro Piceno: “Solidarity does not need large numbers: the sense of community is strong here”. True, here the community is strong because all its members are committed to making it so.


These days we symbolically reverse our pay-off “Loving Fashion. Caring World.” we will return to our passions, we will resume our craft, but now more than ever, it is time for mutual solidarity, it is time to care for our communities even without touching each other.
