Why Feel Blue supports FuoriMano Festival

Supporting social and cultural initiatives in our area is part of our business philosophy. Among the projects we have chosen to support in 2022 is. FuoriMano, a cultural festival and a literary prize organized in Sarnano sinceAPS Circle of High Square from July 23 to July 30, 2022.

The theme they propose is particularly close to our hearts: the province, understood not only as a geographical dimension, but above all as an existential one. Around this topic, the organizers offer appointments with writers, filmmakers, artists, musicians and have launched a literary competition from which an anthology of short stories was born in which one of our contributions is also included, a reflection on what it means Doing business off the beaten path. This adjective, in fact, carries with it a veiled negative meaning. It is a less-than-neutral expression for saying that something is not where it should be and that this, after all, creates discomfort for someone else. Beware, though: it is one of those adjectives that love to be followed by a “but”. Two letters that change everything.

Like when our clients tell us, “Well, you're a little out of the way, but every time we visit, it’s like doing Marcheterapia”. Because it’s one thing to lock yourself in a downtown office, it’s another to work a stone’s throw from the mountain green. In short, when the “but” comes in, everything that comes before tends to lose importance and, magically, the focus is on what comes after. FuoriMano Festival does just that: Reflects on what is happening at the margins to enhance them And that's why we decided to support it.
